About me

I’m a full stack developer / technology generalist with a preference for backend and system analysis work. I like to break down problems and rebuild them using the dotnet (.NET) stack. I also enjoy building simple websites for business or personal use with WordPress and the latest AI tools like Claude Code.

Here’s what I bring

The .NET Stack I use today:

I’ve worked with many diverse technologies, and I’ve decided to dive deepest with .NET. It blends speed, safety, innovation, and the benefits of open-source into a cross-platform solution that is 99% handled in the C# language.

Runtime.NET CLR
Frontend UI/UXBlazor with C#, razor, & JavaScript
StylingMudBlazor / Telerik / Bootstrap
BackendASP.NET Core with C#, Fluent API
DataPostgreSQL / SQL Server / SQLite
ORM / DB AccessEF Core
Deployment / DevopsAzure / Cloudways / Github Actions
AuthASP.NET Identity
Software QualityXUnit / Katalon Recorder / Selenium

My Journey

As a developer, I draw knowledge and inspiration from more than a decade of combined experience in the fields of software, solar energy, QA testing, and electronics wholesale industries.

2025 – 2026 Software Dev: AI & Medical Tech

In my current role, I am deepening my knowledge in ASP.NET Core while building new skills by:

  • Contributing to feature development and QA in an enterprise .NET application.
  • Spearheading application prototypes and MVPs that apply artificial intelligence.
  • Building out documentation and collaborating with project stakeholders.

2021 – 2024 Government Software Consultant

What began as a junior programming co-op evolved into a 3-year consulting role delivering robust software solutions for U.S. government services.

  • Built and maintained complex applications using ASP.NET, C#, and Blazor.
  • Prioritized clean architecture, code quality, and automated testing in agile environments.
  • Contributed to SharePoint migrations and integrated Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

2020 – 2023 Software Development Student

My lifelong interest in coding prompted a career change – I wanted to start solving challenges at scale by building software solutions:

  • Develop, test, and troubleshoot applications.
  • Built a slew of web apps, mobile apps, and system solutions.
  • Created test plans and executed quality assurance tasks.

2017 – 2021 Sustainability Coordinator

As a project coordinator, I brought together diverse teams, tasks, and methods to achieve our objectives:

  • Communicated with electrical utilities & retail partners to obtain energy efficient rebates for consumers.
  • Coordinated wholesale orders from manufacturer to retailer.
  • Worked extensively with Excel and the company database.

2012 – 2016 Solar Energy Project Coordinator

I launched my career as an installer and project coordinator for solar PV and solar thermal construction:

  • Coordinated our customers, local building departments, electrical utility companies, and installation teams.
  • Provided technical site evaluations and design proposals.
  • Served as the technical support go-to whenever maintenance was required.
