A new food tours business in Portugal was ready to launch their brand on the web. We experimented with brand identity and built a robust website to suit the business needs.

Description
This project focused on a design, build, and launch of a food tours website for a young couple just getting started running their small business. We decided that a WordPress site with plugins like WooCommerce would provide enough flexibility, professionalism, and customization to meet the needs of the business.
Highlights
Brand Identity
This website was built when the Flavors of Porto team was just getting their business started. They had expertise in their domain (Portuguese food and tourism), but not a whole lot of content or marketing experience. This was a great opportunity that led to several fun, creative sessions where content, copy, images, and ideas came together cohesively.
Balancing Costs and Scalability
Hostinger as a hosting platform provides a solid value with their introductory offers, and was economically feasible for a small business like Flavors of Porto. The business owners could also have full control over their content, especially blogs and pricing, with a little training on WordPress.
